Residential Rising

Over the last three years, Mukwonago added over 100 new lots and 40 homes in the $300,000 range and 30 condos in the $400,000 range. This year new single-family homes are breaking ground in several subdivisions. New town homes also are being developed along with 60-plus apartments.

Our Waterfront District and other areas are poised to add new mixed-use and high-density multi-family developments. Rental rates for new properties are expected to be around $1,500 per month. Existing rental properties offer a wide range of rental rate options too. Mukwonago’s rapid growth is projected to continue. More than 1,000 new residents are expected by 2025.

This page does not include conceptual plans submitted to the Village because plans change often.  Instead, this page ONLY includes plans that have been formally submitted for full review and approval.

Premier Woods Apartments
